Items without original tags or packaging

Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Pickup & Shipping for Returns

Return pickup availability depends on your location

If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product

Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
