At Vitthal Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and design of our women’s fashion collections. If your purchase does not perfectly elevate your style, we are here to help you with a hassle-free return or exchange.
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, items must fulfill the following criteria:
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition.
Tags Attached: All original brand tags, clothing labels, and security tags must remain securely attached to the garment.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned inside their original brand packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or alterations will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or custom-tailored clothing
Items purchased during specific “Final Sale” or clearance events
Accessories (such as jewelry or hair pieces)
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We provide a complimentary reverse pickup service for all eligible returns and exchanges across India.
Submit a Request: Visit our online Returns Portal on our website or email us at support@vitthalfashion.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
Package the Item: Safely pack the garment in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Handover to Courier: Our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24–48 hours of approval. Please ensure you collect a pickup receipt from the courier agent.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality inspection. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID during the return process. The refund will be credited securely within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Store Credit Alternative: If preferred, we can issue your refund immediately as a Vitthal Fashion digital gift card/store credit, valid for 1 year.
6. Exchanges
If you love the garment but need a different size or color, we offer one free exchange per order, subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, you can opt for a full refund or store credit instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strictly inspect every piece before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitthalfashion.com with unboxing photos or videos. We will fast-track a complimentary replacement or full refund for you immediately.
